The Walking Dean :D
Last night’s episode of The Walking Dead, S5E2 “Strangers”, had a sign adjacent to an arch displaying John 6:54 (He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life) with a list of Bible verses, and I was curious to see what they referred to. These are all from the New Living Translation.
For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.
So I spoke this message, just as he told me. Suddenly as I spoke, there was a rattling noise all across the valley. The bones of each body came together and attached themselves as complete skeletons.
and tombs opened. The bodies of many godly men and women who had died were raised from the dead.
They had hair like women’s hair and teeth like the teeth of a lion.
The women were terrified and bowed with their faces to the ground. Then the men asked, “Why are you looking among the dead for someone who is alive?
Who would’ve thought the Bible made for a great zombie novel?
I am glad someone typed this out…great eppy last night.
